Learn how to competently perform a Bottom Belay / Fireman Belay

Learn how to rappel on a guideline

Learn how to traverse on a traverse line:  Explain the purpose of this rigging system.

Learn how to Self Rescue: learn to rescue yourself while on rappel

Buddy Checks: Head-to-toe check before rappelling

Learn how to pass the knot while on rappel:  ascending to pass the knot, transitioning from ascending to rappelling, and descending and passing the knot.
